The scope of work for Dutt Engicon included project management, procurement, construction, fabrication, inspection and testing, coating/painting, transportation, site fabrication/construction/erection, hydro testing, mechanical piping work, instrumentation and fire safety work, pre-commissioning/commissioning, final hook-up, construction of site offices, obtaining applicable statutory approvals, deploying staff and labour, other allied works, completing the work on a turn-key basis, preparing/clearing the site and dismantling/removing any structures required for the work. Dutt Engicon was responsible for arranging all necessary tools and equipment, deploying skilled/semi-skilled manpower, supervisors, safety officers and ensuring that the job was completed within the stipulated time frame. The company deployed adequate equipment and tools and augmented the same as required to suit the project schedule.
