Dutt Engicon successfully completed a project for ONGC which involved the structural and piping work. The scope of work included the dismantling of 36 existing wells manifold, the supply, fabrication, and installation of 36 new well manifolds, hot deep galvanized walkway, 8″ to 1″ diameter pipes, and various valves, fittings, and gauges. The scope also covered the supply and erection of structural steel and civil foundation.

The project involved execution of all civil work including civil pipe supports, pathways and fabrication and erection of structure supports for supporting the lines. The contractor also carried out hook up with the existing header/pipe lines.

Dutt Engicon took exact measurements for proper alignment and fitting before starting the fabrication. The contractor submitted layout drawings for review by ONGC before starting fabrication. The fabrication, erection, hook up, commissioning, testing, and painting were all included in the scope of work.

The project was completed to the satisfaction of ONGC and demonstrated Dutt Engicon’s expertise in executing complex structural and piping work.
